youtaya Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern the use of the youtaya online gaming and sports betting platform, operated at the domain youtaya.org and all associated subdomains and mobile-optimized pages (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is owned and operated by youtaya (hereinafter "youtaya," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing, registering on, depositing funds into, or placing any wager on the youtaya Platform, you ("the Player," "you," "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the youtaya Platform. We reserve the right to deny access to any person who does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 or who violates any provision of these Terms.

The following eligibility criteria must be met in full before any person may open an account or participate in any real-money game or betting activity on the youtaya Platform:

1. Minimum Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. This requirement is imposed by PAGCOR and by Philippine gaming law and is non-negotiable.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

By registering on youtaya, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date, and that you satisfy all eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis.

To access the real-money features of the youtaya Platform, you must complete the registration process and pass our KYC verification procedure. The following requirements and obligations apply to your account:

• You must provide your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine identification document, your date of birth, a valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

All accounts are personal to the registered holder. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account or any balance therein to any other party.

All financial transactions on the youtaya Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. youtaya reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice.
• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 via GCash or PayMaya; ₱500 via bank transfer.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.
• Verification Requirement: All withdrawals require a fully verified account. Accounts with pending KYC documentation may have withdrawal requests held pending completion of verification.
• Processing Times: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within one (1) to two (2) hours. Bank transfers may take up to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Source of Funds: youtaya reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds deposited into any account where required by anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
• No Third-Party Payments: You may not deposit funds from a payment account that does not belong to you, and withdrawals will only be remitted to accounts registered in your own name.

youtaya offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and VIP loyalty tier benefits to registered players. The following general conditions apply to all promotional offers unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements) before any withdrawal of associated bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, expiry periods, and maximum cashout limits for each promotion are specified in the individual promotion's terms, accessible from the promotions page within your account.
• youtaya reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to obligations already accrued by the Player.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers, collusion to exploit promotions, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, will result in cancellation of bonuses and may result in account suspension.
• VIP Program tier membership, cashback rates, and associated perks are governed by the current VIP Program terms available within your account dashboard. Tier eligibility is based on rolling 30-day wagering turnover and is subject to monthly reassessment.

All games offered on the youtaya Platform — including but not limited to Color Game, live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, slots, Bingo, Mines Grand, MT Live titles, and sports betting markets — are subject to the following terms:

• All random number generator (RNG) based games are certified for fairness by approved independent testing laboratories. Live dealer games are streamed by certified providers operating under appropriate licensing.
• Game results are final once a round is completed and confirmed by the system. youtaya does not reverse settled game outcomes except in cases of documented technical malfunction or verified system error.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during an active game round, the outcome will be determined according to the game's specific technical malfunction policy, which is documented within each game's help or rules section.

• Winnings derived from wagers placed with funds that violate these Terms (e.g., funds originating from a prohibited payment source, or wagers made by an ineligible player) may be withheld and will not be paid out.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the youtaya Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one (1) account on the Platform, whether under your own identity or using a third party's identity.
• Using software bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with or exploit the Platform.
• Any form of collusion with other players, dealers, or Platform employees to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction after its use in gameplay.
• Using VPN services, proxy servers, or other tools to disguise your true geographic location or identity to circumvent access restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing youtaya staff, support agents, or other Platform users.

youtaya is committed to promoting responsible gaming and the prevention of problem gambling. In accordance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and our internal responsible gaming policy, the following measures are in place for all registered players:

• Age Gating: Strict 21+ enforcement through mandatory KYC identity verification for all accounts.

All content on the youtaya Platform — including but not limited to the youtaya brand name and logo, website design, color scheme, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, software code, and data structures — is the exclusive intellectual property of youtaya or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorization from youtaya.

The youtaya Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, we do not warrant that the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical issues at all times.

• youtaya shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, except where such loss arises from our own proven fraud or gross negligence.
• Gambling involves financial risk. All players acknowledge that they may lose the entire amount deposited and that youtaya cannot be held responsible for gambling losses incurred through normal gameplay.
• We are not responsible for any telecommunications, internet, or device failures that interrupt your gaming session or cause data loss.
• Our total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the youtaya Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in that Policy in accordance with the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

Key points include: we collect only the personal data necessary to provide our services and comply with PAGCOR licensing and AML requirements; we do not sell your personal data to third parties; and we implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.

youtaya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• A request by PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Confirmed underage gambling or use of a false identity.
• Prolonged account inactivity (accounts dormant for more than twelve (12) months may be subject to an inactivity policy, details of which are available from our support team).

Where an account is suspended or closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified balance held in the account will be returned to the registered payment method after applicable checks are completed.

These Terms and all disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We aim to resolve all disputes within five (5) business days of receiving a complete and documented complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR through the relevant complaint channels available on PAGCOR's official website. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the above procedures.

youtaya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice to registered players by email to the address on file and/or by prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless the changes are required immediately by law or PAGCOR directive.

Your continued use of the youtaya Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform before the effective date of the changes.
